Happy Saturday everyone!!
So, what does everyone have going on for Halloween?? This year I'm feeling a little sad about Halloween, I've always had my niece with me for Halloween! We always made it into a fun big deal for her because she is really afraid of costumes, last year I was the first year I got her to actually trick or treat and not just want to stay home to pass out candy!! Sooo, needless to say I'm mising home and family since I'm 9 hrs from all of them but I do know this move has been a great thing for my husband and I.
I've been talking to a co worker who is really into fitness and eating right, she has been giving me some tips and things... I'm really trying to get mysef back in the habit of just working out for a half hour on my lunch, I just need to make it a part of my routine and soon enough it will become habit! It's so easy to just go backwards with weight loss and go back to old habits! I'm trying not to do that... I hope all of you have had a great week and that you all have a Happy and Safe Halloween!!

ReplyDeleteIt is easy to go back to the comfortable old habits. Someone told me if you do something for two weeks in a row then it will become a habit.
Did you move for a job?
We are from California, we just couldn't seem to find work there so when a job came my way I jumped on it!!
